MAKE GOAT MEAT SEASONING PEPPERS
ingredients:500 grams of goat meat, cut into 3 x 3 cm
1 whole onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
½ teaspoon paprika powder
50ml water
½ teaspoon of salt
1 liter of water
2 green bell pepper, diced small
1 can tomatoes, finely chopped
200 ml sour cream
1 ½ tablespoons flour
100 ml sour cream / sour cream for pouring
How to make goat seasoning pepper :
- Saute onion until soft. Add paprika powder and 50ml of water, cook until boiling- Add meat and salt, then cover the pan for 10 minutes. Give water peppers, and canned tomatoes.
- Stir the flour stirring while insert and sour cream and stir well. Cook until thick sauce, remove from heat. Serve with sour cream smothered.
