FRIED SPRING ROLLS

12 sheets of spring roll skin ready to buy
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
300 grams of boiled bamboo shoots, sliced into matchsticks
300 grams of chicken meat and chicken skin, chopped

how to make:
- Heat the oil and saute spices in the blend until fragrant. enter the bamboo shoots and chicken meat. stir until it begins to mature. pour water. cook until soft and the water runs out
- To stir into 12 sections. wrap each piece with a single sheet of spring roll skin. paste with a little water. fry until browned, remove and drain
