COW FOOT SOUP
ingredients:
700 grams of veal leg, boiled, cut into pieces
2 quarts beef broth (water cow foot stew)
2 cm ginger, crushed
½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
5 grains of cloves
1 teaspoon cumin oil
1 cinnamon stick
1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, finely sliced
½ liter of liquid milk
1 potato, steamed, fried and diced
1 tomato, diced
Materials that are:
4 grains of red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 ½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Seasoning if desired
Complement:
1 whole lemon, take the water
1 tablespoon of fried onions

How to make:
- For the sauce: boil the broth, and then enter the spices, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cumin oil, cinnamon, scallions, and celery.
- Pour the coconut milk and cook until the sauce boils. Lift.
- Take a small bowl, place the slices of beef leg, potatoes, and tomatoes. Pour the soup, add the lemon juice, sprinkle with fried onions and chips, serve with sauce.
