BEEF RIBS COOK OYSTER SAUCE

material:
1 whole onion, thinly sliced crosswise
5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
5 cm ginger thinly sliced
3 tablespoons margarine for sauteing
1 kg beef ribs boiled with 2 liters of water, reserving broth
5 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon pepper
salt to taste
1 red tomatoes, cut into 4
2 leeks, cut into rough
how to make:
- Sauteed onions and garlic, and ginger with margarine until fragrant, then enter the beef ribs stew
- Pour the broth to taste, then add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and salt.
