GOAT SPICY SAUCE
ingredients:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
300 grams of mutton, boiled, diced
300 grams of goat innards cleaned, boiled, diced
200 ml goat broth
50 ml soy sauce
10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
5 cloves garlic, finely sliced
10 pieces of green chili, sliced
5 cm ginger, crushed
2 pieces of red tomatoes, cut into pieces
10 pieces of red chili
5 grains of cloves
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
How to make:
Heat oil and saute until fragrant herbs and wilted iris. Insert pieces of goat meat and offal. Stir until the color changes. Add broth, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, cloves, pepper, sugar, and salt. Stir well. Cook over low heat until the meat is tender and the sauce thick. Lift. Serve warm.
