ROASTED RACK OF LAMB
800 grams of goat ribs
25 grams of coriander leaves
50 grams of butter
150 grams onion, finely sliced
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 ½ teaspoon of salt
1 thumb of ginger, grated
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
250 ml of boiled water
How to make:
Cut pieces of ribs and set aside. Finely chopped coriander leaves, stems and roots left whole coriander leaves and set aside. Heat the butter, saute onions and garlic until fragrant. Add salt, grated ginger and turmeric powder and stir well.
Enter the rack of lamb, add water, stalks, and roots of cilantro. Cook the ribs until tender and water is absorbed. Add cilantro, stir well, remove from heat. Grilled ribs over coals until lightly browned, remove from heat. Serve warm.
