LONGEVITY NOODLES

300 grams of dried egg noodles
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cooking oil
water to boil
2 tablespoons oil, for sauteing
3 cm ginger, crushed
100 grams of bamboo shoots, sliced for matches
125 grams of bean sprouts, remove the tail

2 leeks, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
100 ml of water
1 teaspoon instant chicken broth
how to make:
- Boil water, salt, a little cooking oil. enter the dry noodles. stir briefly, then close. turn off the heat. let stand for 10 minutes. drain and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and saute the ginger until fragrant. insert bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and scallions. cook until the vegetables are wilted.
- Give the soy sauce, sesame oil, water, and chicken broth. Boil noodles enter into it. stir well. cook until spices absorbed and adopted.
