BEEF YAKINIKU
material:
250 grams of beef, thinly sliced
100 ml chicken stock
1 whole onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into triangles
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
5 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Sauce ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cm ginger, thinly sliced lengthwise
Kikkoman soy sauce 50 ml
1 stalk spring onion, sliced 2cm
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
how to make:
- Mix all sauce ingredients, and cook until boiling, remove let cool, and strain. set aside
- Heat 3 tablespoons oil and saute onions and garlic until fragrant. enter the paprika, stir stir briefly lift and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sesame oil, put the sliced beef, stir stir until it changes color. add sauce mixture and chicken broth and stir well.
- Cook again until the meat was overcooked and sauce stay sedkit. enter peppers stir, stir, remove from heat. yakiniku beef serve with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds.
