MILKFISH SALAD WITH SALSA SAUCE
ingredients:
200 grams of milkfish presto, cut lengthwise for finger
2 eggs beaten off with a little salt and pepper
50 gram bowl of lettuce, torn torn
100 grams of Japanese cucumber, seeded, cut into matchsticks
2 whole boiled potatoes, sliced rather thin
Potato chips taste.
Salsa:
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon chopped onion
¼ teaspoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
Cayenne pepper 10 thin slices
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
How to make:
- Dip fish into egg mixture, then fry fish until browned, remove and drain
- For the salsa sauce: mix all ingredients until well blended. Then store in the refrigerator
- Tata milk, salad bowls, metimun, and eggs on a plate. Save the cooling cupboard. Serve cold with salsa sauce.
