CRAB FRIED MEATBALLS

material:
250 grams of shrimp, cleaned and finely chopped

how to make:
- Mix chopped shrimp, crab, cornstarch, flour, carrots, scallions, garlic, and egg white. add sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, salt, and flavoring if desired. stir
- Round round dough balls, and enter into the boiling water until the float. remove and drain
- Heat the oil, fry the meatballs until golden kecolatan. lift serve with chili sauce.
