materials
1 duck, clean
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
banana leaves or aluminum foil to wrap the duck


material in puree :
10 grains of red onion
6 cloves garlic
5 stalks lemongrass, thinly sliced
5 pieces of lime leaves, discard the bones thinly sliced
6 grains of nutmeg, deep fried
1 teaspoon coriander seeds, toasted 
2 tsp shrimp paste cooked
3cm turmeric, grilled minced
5cm ginger, roughly chopped
8cm kencur, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon salt

how to process it
- seasoning mix that was in the puree with oil, stir well. coat the entire surface and the inside of the duck with spices last until blended.
- wrap in banana leaves or aluminum foil. steam for 2 hours until cooked
- grilled until lightly browned and occasionally beyond. then lift and drop in banana leaves or aluminum foil.
